Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including dust bags for leather goods)
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cosmetic Bags (unless defective)
- Footlockers / Trunks with personalization
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
Returns Process
Follow these steps to return your item(s):

- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Follow the same steps as the returns process
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your item
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Refund Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
