Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium travel gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including dust bags for leather goods)
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

- Personalized Footlockers / Trunks
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Returns Process

Exchanges
To exchange for a different size, color, or style:
- Follow the same steps as returns
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
- Specify your preferred replacement item
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for less)
